Our Work

Kansas City Streetcar

Challenge: As Kansas City’s streetcar system continues to expand, the team needed new shelters and monitor systems that could keep up with a busy, growing transit line. The project required coordinating with multiple partners and making sure every electrical component met strict safety and certification requirements. On top of that, the project brought logistical challenges like storing equipment locally in Kansas City and supporting work that is still ongoing.

Solution: Infinity helped bring the expansion to life with glass shelters and digital transit boards designed to be both functional and visually polished. The result supports a well-used downtown streetcar system, improves the rider experience and is built to grow along with one of Kansas City’s most visible transportation projects. The project also created opportunities for related work with KCATA, which serves Kansas-side bus routes under shared management.
