Challenge: CPKC Stadium needed large-scale branded signage, including giant rooftop letters, a scoreboard logo and goal-facing signage. During installation, unexpected site changes — including a new awning and fencing — made access more difficult and required a much larger crane than originally planned.

Solution: Infinity quickly adapted to the new site conditions, upsizing the lift equipment to clear the added obstacles without losing momentum. By adjusting the installation plan in real time, the team completed the work successfully and kept the project on schedule.
